Heres how DNA DX captures your inner beauty:
Step 1: What YOU need to do (the easy part)
Pick the Size, Colour and Frame type of your GenePortrait and order online through our highly secure checkout
Your collection kit will arrive in a few days (Keep a lookout for the mailman!)
Follow the simple instructions inside
Send the sample back to us in the UAE.
Step 2: What WE need to do (the hard part)
We send your sample to our certified and laboratory where our scientists handle your sample with love and care.
DNA from your cells is extracted, and very precise regions of your DNA are then amplified using gold standard enzymes.
The DNA is then run through a specific gel and a rough digital picture is taken of the gel.
Your DNA sample and the gel is then destroyed under high heat and pressure once the process is complete.
Step 3: What WE finally do (phew!)
Our lab sends the raw picture to our design team, who then Digitally Enhance your picture, add your custom colour choices and finally make your DNA look beautiful.
Then we print the ultra high quality image onto superior canvas using a printing technique called Giclee.
The canvas is then carefully mounted onto your chosen frame and meticulously inspected until it is deemed satisfactory by our quality control team.
Your GenePortrait art is then posted off to you without delay.
The process will take around 3-4 weeks from the time we receive the sample till you receive your masterpiece and be the envy of your friends.
