




We promise to provide our customers with a purely aesthetic piece of artwork that is a real representation of them selves. We promise to provide the size, layout, frame and mounting that we claim in our product descriptions.
If a customer believes his/her product does not meet the standards that we promise, The customer can return a GenePortrait art piece and attain a reprint of an equivalent GenePortrait art piece. The customer will have to inform DNA DX within 48 hours after receiving the product either by phone or email only. Returns will not be accepted if DNA DX is not informed of any damage within the 48 hour time period stated. Under the circumstances that the GenePortrait arrives to the customer severely damaged during shipping or is for any reason greatly different from the produce descriptions, we will offer a monetary refund to the customer if the customer requests it.
Under either of these circumstances, the GenePortrait art piece will have to be returned to DNA DX at the address provided in the Contact Us page of the website. Upon scrutiny of the product by DNA DX to ensure there has been no customer induced damage, DNA DX will either reprint a GenePortrait equivalent in size to the returned GenePortrait or offer a refund to the customer.
The cost of shipping associated with the return of the product and re-dispatch of a replacement product will be covered by the customer.
