Information on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions
of entry.
The competition commences on 01/09/08 at 00:01 UAE and concludes
on 31/10/08 at 23:59 UAE.
To enter, participants must log onto http://www.dna-dx.com/terms_conditions.php and correctly complete the online application.
Eligible participants will be required to provide their own name, address,
state, email address and telephone number. The promoter takes no responsibility
for any late, lost or mis-directed entries.
The prize consists of five individual GenePortraits inclusive of representation,
framing and delivery. Total prize pool is valued at 13,750.00 AED
Entry is open to all countries. No purchase is necessary. Employees
and their immediate families of DNA-DX and their agencies and companies
associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
The judging of the entries will commence on 2/11/08 at 10:00 am (UAE)
at the offices of DNA-DX, Emaar Business Park Building No.2/ 5th Floor,
Office 560, Dubai, UAE. Entries will be selected by a panel of judges
and will be determined based on random selection. This is a game of
skill plays no part in determining the winners.
Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered
into. Prizes cannot be transferred. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof
of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address.
Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion
of the promoter.
Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their
prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior
to the acceptance of the prize.
The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take
part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines,
in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or
physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the
prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may
be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter
in its absolute discretion.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned,
including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised
intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the
control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration
security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion,
the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify
any individual who tampers with the entry process.
The winner will be notified by telephone and on www.dna-dx.com
by 9/11/08. The prize winner will be contacted via telephone and
asked to provide both a street and postal address for delivery.
Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the
supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in
AED dollars.
The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever
which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential
loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection
with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded
by law.
DNA-DX and its agencies and companies associated with this promotion
will take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit.
All entries become the property of the promoter. By entering the
competition entrants are agreeing to all terms and conditions and authorising
their name, address, and telephone number to be entered into a database
which may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes
in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid
unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take
an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then
that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will
not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
